Premix is a mixture containing one or more active substances. The premix is intended soley to be mixed into large quantities of animal feed for production animals. Before use premix must always be mixed with animal feed. The result of this mixture of premix and feed is called medicated feed. Premix can be produced as either as a powder or in a granulate form.
